I am partnered with an outstanding financial services firm based in the heart of London to hire a Workday HRIS Analyst. You will work in a wider HR team of generalists, reporting into a Workday Lead to take full control of a support role with a range of HR systems & data projects and continuous improvements. From the very beginning, you will have a chance to support interesting projects across multiple modules of Workday, support integrations across other bespoke technologies within the business, and push forward to the end-user experience, overall lifecycle, and capabilities. The drive and interest to take ownership of the HR tech roadmap across the coming years will be a key factor in the successful hire of this role. You will need strong configuration capabilities across multiple modules, as well as the ability to grasp a complex org structure within a global setting, reporting, MI and analytics, and the ability to face off towards the wider business and hold weight with stakeholders.
