I'm currently supporting a successful financial business with the appointment of a Senior HR Business Partner at an exciting point in their UK journey. This is an ambitious business going through change, with a clear focus on evolving its HR offering in the UK to deliver more strategic, commercially aligned business partnering. It's a role with real visibility, where you'll be working closely with senior leaders and playing a key part in shaping how HR supports the business going forward.
As HR Business Partner you'll be embedded within the business as a trusted partner, working closely with leaders to understand their challenges, shape thinking, and deliver practical, high-impact people solutions. You will also play a key role on the UK & (international) Head office HR team.
Part of this role will focus on:
- Talent and capability building
- Supporting leaders through growth and change
- Driving consistent, high-quality HR practices
- Translating business strategy into a clear and actionable people plan
You'll also work closely with the UK HR Director and wider HR team/COEs to deliver initiatives that underpin the Organisation's ongoing growth and transformation.

- An experienced HR Business Partner, comfortable operating at a senior level and able to work at a strategic level as well as hands‐on
- Experience within a financial services or a regulated setting
- Strong track record in fast-paced, commercial and entrepreneurial environments
- Experience operating within a UK SME environment, ideally as part of a wider group or international structure/working with COEs
- Comfortable working with dual or dotted-line reporting, balancing local business needs with a broader group agenda
- Strong stakeholder partner – able to challenge, influence and build credibility quickly
- Comfortable working with pace & ambiguity
