Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition and a strong generalist background? We’re looking for a dynamic HR leader to join a global investment firm and drive people initiatives across the EMEA region. This role blends both Recruitment and Human Resources, reporting into the CHRO with support from a Business Partner and Associate.
This is a new role, with the ability to be truly autonomous across the full hiring lifecycle; whilst partnering with HR on performance management, employee engagement, development initiatives and the wider people strategy.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the regional HR team, you’ll partner with business leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions. Your focus will be on:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment across EMEA, ensuring a seamless and inclusive hiring experience
- Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organisational culture
- Supporting compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and learning & development initiatives
- Collaborating with global HR teams to align on best practices, mobility, and compliance
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion across all people processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist functions
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices across Europe
- Experience in professional or financial services (asset management or private equity a plus)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
