Base pay rangeThis is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial private equity firm based in London. With a team of just 20, the firm punches well above its weight, investing in innovative, high-growth technology businesses and driving transformational change across its portfolio.
The culture is fastâpaced, collaborative, and deeply commercial. The team brings a handsâon, operationally focused approach to value creation, working closely with founders and leadership teams to unlock growth and scale.
The firm is seeking a HR Manager or Business Partnerâlevel candidate with a strong background in operational excellence and a sharp commercial mindset. This individual will play a pivotal role in both value creation and the internal scaling of the firm itself.
This is not a backâoffice role. It\âs a highâimpact position for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to be at the heart of decisionâmaking, driving operational excellence, transformation, and growth.
Please note this role is required onâsite, 5 days per week in office.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR roadmap aligned with the firm\âs business objectives.
Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
Build and maintain a strong, inclusive, and highâperforming culture across the firm.
Provide strategic HR support to firm as needed, particularly in areas of leadership development, organisational design, and talent acquisition.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices and manage risk across HR functions.
Partner with leadership to drive internal communications, engagement, and change management initiatives.
Implement scalable HR systems and processes to support future growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5â8 years of progressive HR experience, with longevity.
Experience in private equity, venture capital, or highâgrowth technology environments is highly desirable.
Proven ability to build and support HR functions.
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
Proven experience implementing HR technologies with a dataâdriven mindset.
Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, handsâon leader who thrives in dynamic, fastâpaced settings.
