Our client is a Global Law Firm looking to add a Trainee Development Advisor to its team. This is a permanent role within a hybrid working environment based in London.
Main Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Support the administration of the London Trainee programme.
- Assist with the onboarding, induction, integration, and ongoing professional development training for new trainees.
- Support in managing the Trainee rotation process.
- Liaise with associates and partners to prepare evaluation feedback, schedule evaluations, and prepare summary evaluation packs.
- Schedule and conduct Trainee development meetings, offering advice and guidance on career plans, discussing performance, and recording key information. Escalate any concerns to the Trainee Development and Early Careers Manager.
- Assist in the qualification assessment and placement of trainees as first-year associates following the conclusion of the training contract.
Key skills required:
- Previous experience of working either within Trainee Development, or within a related HR function, within the legal sector.
- A proven track record of building credibility quickly and developing trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A commercial outlook, with experience analysing key metrics to identify potential trends and measure performance, including engagement surveys.
