We are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic Reward team, supporting Compensation and Benefit initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and motivation. This role involves working closely with senior colleagues to manage reward programmes, HR projects, and daily operations related to benefits, pensions, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis, modelling, and process management related to total compensation, including salary reviews, benefits, and bonus schemes.
  • Support the effective implementation of Reward change management initiatives.
  • Assist in delivering the annual pay review.
  • Contribute to market surveys and regulatory reporting, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
  • Support budget tracking activities for the Reward function.
  • Provide analytical insights to the wider HR team.
  • Administer employee benefits and pension processes.
  • Assist with the annual benefits review and analysis of employee data.
