The firm is known for their high-performing, collaborative and values-driven nature with a purpose to everything they do. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within the Talent Team, supporting initiatives and projects that attract, recruit, develop, engage, and retain exceptional talent. Reporting to the Senior Talent Business Partner, you will provide operational and administrative support across global offices. This includes coordinating talent programmes and initiatives and participating in exciting projects across the people team. This is an opportunity for someone to truly flourish and make a difference to their Talent Development team, with an opportunity to work across the full lifecycle, enhance their operating model, work in harmony with senior stakeholders and have an input to the wider People strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external learning partners to ensure the seamless execution of talent programmes and initiatives. This includes scheduling, communications, marketing, and on-the-day event support.
  • Manage data and analysis, including evaluation surveys, programme summaries, and recruitment plans to provide accurate and meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Track budgets spend and process contracts and invoices across the Talent team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for queries in the Talent mailbox.
  • Administer the Learning Platform, including creating learning pathways, curating content, and acting as the point of contact for the platform provider and user queries.
  • Support the administration of Employee Engagement and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including coordinating super days and case studies to ensure a brilliant candidate experience.
  • Participate in exciting ad-hoc projects across the People Team.
  • Drive continuous improvements across the function.

Experience:

  • Has a keen interest and ideally experience in leveraging AI at work.
  • Brings valuable Human Resources experience to the role.
  • Proven experience in Alternative Assets, Investment Banking or Professional Services.
  • Coordinates and executes projects with a natural organisational flair, skillfully juggling multiple priorities while adapting quickly when needs change.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with proven ability for data analytics and report building and the ability to create visually engaging presentations and documents.
  • Takes genuine satisfaction in getting the details right, bringing precision to everything they do.
