We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with just one day per week in the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and consistently delivers with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise interviews for experienced hires and head office roles, ensuring appropriate arrangements for in-person sessions.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams to coordinate interview planning efficiently.
  • Ensure hiring managers and candidates receive all relevant information ahead of interviews.
  • Arrange pre-interview and post-interview calls with recruiters and assessors.
  • Monitor recruitment inbox and respond to general enquiries.
  • Update recruitment calendars and ensure timely scheduling of case studies.
  • Collaborate on team projects and reporting.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team.
