Talent Acquisition Manager - Technology & Data Recruitment (Contract)

Manchester | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) | 3-6 Month Contract Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an experienced

Talent Acquisition Manager to support a period of growth across its Technology and Data functions.

This is a hands-on role, managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, data and analytics vacancies while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, commercially focused recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver successful hiring outcomes.

Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.

Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, Linked In and networking activities.

Drive a direct sourcing-first approach while managing agency relationships where required.

Produce recruitment reporting and market insights.

Manage offers, contracts and onboarding administration through the ATS.

Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

About You

Proven in-house or RPO recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Strong track record recruiting technology, data and analytics professionals.

Ability to understand technical skillsets and robustly assess candidate suitability.

Experienced in direct sourcing, talent pipelining and competency-based interviewing.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong recruitment systems experience (Oracle experience advantageous).

Proactive, organised and adaptable, with a hands-on approach.

Financial Services or Insurance recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and experienced recruiter to join a successful talent acquisition team and make an immediate impact during a key growth period.
