With a large and diverse workforce spanning multiple countries, the business is evolving its operating model while continuing to invest in its strategic reward capability. This is a key hire into the European Total Reward team, offering an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Reward Analyst to step into a broader, multi-country role.
Working closely with the Head of Total Reward, you'll play a central part in supporting both BAU reward activity and high-profile transformation projects - including regulatory initiatives such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive. The environment is dynamic, fast-paced and evolving, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement. This role offers a balance of analytical depth, project exposure and stakeholder engagement, with the chance to influence reward practices across 16 European countries.
Reporting into the Head of Total Reward, you will work as part of a lean European reward team, alongside a Reward Manager and two Analysts (Compensation and Benefits). You will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, supporting reward processes, and contributing to the ongoing development of compensation frameworks across the region. This is a varied role spanning both technical analysis and broader project delivery. A key part of the remit is translating complex reward data into clear, actionable insight - helping stakeholders across the business understand pay positioning, market trends and reward decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing compensation and benefits data, providing clear insight to support decision-making across the business
- Developing and maintaining robust Excel models to support reporting, forecasting and reward analysis
- Leading on job matching and benchmarking activities, ensuring alignment to market and internal frameworks
- Supporting salary reviews and broader annual reward cycles, including modelling and data preparation
- Managing and coordinating benchmarking submissions with external providers (e.g. WTW)
- Monitoring market trends and providing updates and recommendations to stakeholders
- Supporting key reward projects, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive and broader transformation initiatives
You will bring strong compensation or reward experience, ideally gained within a multi-country or European environment. You'll combine technical strength with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across a complex business. Experience and capabilities will include:
- Demonstrable experience in compensation or reward analytics
- Experience working across multiple geographies (beyond UK & Ireland)
- Strong understanding of benchmarking, job matching and market analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and confident data modelling capability (assessment as part of the process)
- Experience supporting or delivering annual reward cycles
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insight for non-specialist stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
