Our client an established and highly regarded professional services organisation is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join its collaborative HR team on a 12-15month maternity cover contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide expert support across a broad range of employee relations matters while partnering with managers and employees to deliver a high-quality people service.
Working in a hybrid environment, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping to drive employee engagement, development and wellbeing initiatives across the business.
Key
Responsibilities: Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability matters.
Provide commercially focused HR advice and coaching to managers.
Lead onboarding and probation processes for new employees.
Prepare case documentation, investigation reports and outcome letters.
Support the development and review of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate learning and development activities, including professional qualification programmes.
Support employee wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities.
To be successful, you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) with previous experience in a Senior HR Advisor or Employee Relations-focused role.
You will have strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience managing complex ER cases from start to finish, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within professional services, legal, financial services or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
