We're working with an established organisation to appoint an experienced HR Operations Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of HR operations, lead a small team, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a consistent, commercially focused people service across multiple locations.
You'll be at the heart of the HR function, ensuring everything runs efficiently while supporting key business priorities:
- Leading and developing the HR operations team to deliver a high-quality, responsive service
- Driving end-to-end recruitment activity and improving hiring outcomes
- Supporting performance, talent, and succession planning processes
- Managing employee relations cases, including more complex issues
- Reviewing and improving HR processes, systems, and ways of working

Proven experience in an HR Operations or Business Partnering role is required, along with:
