Frazer Jones is pleased to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, creative and commercially driven organisation to appoint a Compensation & Benefits Manager into its People team. This is a genuinely compelling step-up opportunity for a Junior Reward Manager or an experienced Reward Analyst who is ready to broaden their remit, increase their visibility, and build confidence operating as a trusted reward partner to the business.
The organisation is known for its inclusive, diverse and highly supportive culture, with a strong can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to learning and development. This is an environment where people are encouraged to solve complex problems collaboratively, challenge thinking, and grow their careers - making it an ideal setting for someone looking to take the next step in reward.
The role
Reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you'll work closely with People Business Partners across a range of reward initiatives and cyclical activity. Typical projects include salary review delivery, pay band implementation, living wage modelling, benchmarking, salary survey submissions and the rollout of new benefits. This role blends analytical depth with stakeholder engagement. A key part of the remit is translating reward data and modelling into clear, practical insight - helping non-reward specialists understand pay decisions, frameworks and outcomes. It's a broad, development-focused role designed to stretch both technical capability and commercial judgement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering closely with People Business Partners on reward activity, including salary review delivery, pay band implementation and reward governance
- Managing and delivering salary review and annual bonus processes, including modelling scenarios and supporting decision-making
- Building models to estimate living wage and pay-related impacts, clearly articulating cost and people implications
- Conducting role benchmarking and supporting the development and maintenance of pay bands and structures
- Managing salary survey and benefits submissions to external providers, ensuring high data quality and consistency
- Supporting the implementation of new or enhanced benefits, working with brokers, providers and internal stakeholders
- Analysing market and internal data to assess competitiveness and inform reward recommendations
- Acting as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for pay and benefits queries, explaining reward concepts clearly to non-experts
- Producing reward analysis and reporting across pay, benefits and headcount metrics
- Monitoring legislative developments across reward (e.g. living wage, gender pay reporting, pensions) and escalating implications as appropriate
- Supporting wider reward and group-level projects alongside the Head of Compensation & Benefits
- Line managing, alongside the Head of Compensation & Benefits, an Administrator and two Junior Reward Analysts - providing early exposure to people management and coaching
- Contributing to broader People and cross-functional projects as required
The ideal candidate
This role is well suited to someone ready to step up. You may already be operating at Junior Manager level, or you may be a Senior / Lead Reward Analyst with strong technical foundations who is now looking for greater scope and influence. You're likely to bring:
- Experience modelling salary review and bonus scenarios
- Hands-on involvement in running or supporting salary reviews
- Experience cleaning, validating and working with reward data
- Exposure to salary survey submissions (provider background is not important)
- Experience benchmarking roles and supporting pay structures or banding
- Confidence explaining reward data, modelling and outcomes to non-expert audiences
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset
- A structured, organised approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive, curious attitude and appetite to learn and develop
- Experience in a fast-paced, commercial or creative environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
Culture, flexibility & benefits
This organisation is proud of its inclusive and diverse culture, where people genuinely support one another and take a collaborative, problem-solving approach. The environment is friendly, energetic and pragmatic - with a strong focus on wellbeing, development and flexibility. Highlights include:
- Hybrid working, with two days per week in the London office
- Core working hours of 10:00-16:00, alongside a work-from-anywhere policy
- An on-site chef, free breakfast and heavily discounted food
- Wellbeing and financial support initiatives
- Extensive learning and development opportunities
- Regular social events, including bar nights where employees can bring guests
Why consider this role?
This is a stand-out opportunity to step into a true reward management role within a supportive, people-centric organisation. You'll gain breadth across the reward agenda, hands-on leadership experience, and close mentorship from experienced reward leaders - all while working in an environment that values flexibility, inclusion and long-term development. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear platform to accelerate progression from analyst to manager, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and develop a rewarding, long-term career in reward.
