About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative team and bringing your payroll expertise to the table, you will take ownership of the day-to-day payroll operations while also supporting a range of ad hoc projects and process improvements. In addition, you will be responsible for:
Duties:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Maintain employee payroll records and oversee relationships with payroll vendors and third-party providers
- Prepare and process monthly and quarterly payroll data, including reporting and reconciliations
- Handle month-end and year-end activities, including statutory calculations such as SMP, SSP, and SPP
- Provide excellent customer service by managing payroll queries and maintaining the payroll inbox
- Support payroll-related projects, continuous improvements, and the administration of employee benefits
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll within a complex or high-volume environment
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Experience overseeing and administering employee benefits schemes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and drive process improvements within a team environment
