The Role:

  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and benefits data
  • Owning key processes such as GDPR checks and policy updates
  • Contributing to reporting (headcount, turnover, absence, diversity metrics) as skills develop

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • 12–18 months of experience in an HR role (Financial Services experience is preferable)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident working with confidential information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using HR systems and Excel
  • Interest in working within a global, fast‑moving environment
  • Additional European languages a bonus (not required)
