I am currently supporting my client with the search for a Senior Talent & Performance Manager appointment with a growing, successful manufacturing business. The Business is going through a period of significant change in HR and is looking to shape a robust future-focused approach to People. My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent & Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performance culture across the Business, shaping talent strategies, designing frameworks to evaluate roles, and developing metrics to measure and drive key initiatives.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Development of a high-performance culture - driving strategies across all levels of the organisation as well as designing and implementing initiatives to drive accountability & collaboration.
  • Partnering with leaders to instil a mindset of continuous learning and development.
  • Talent Planning and Development - developing comprehensive talent plans aligned to organisational goals and future needs.
  • Partnering with managers and directors to identify high potential individuals, creating tailored pathways.
  • Overseeing succession planning initiatives.
  • Job Evaluation and Structuring - evaluating existing roles to ensure alignment with organisational structure, resources, and business needs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish clear role expectations and career progression frameworks.
  • Drive ongoing training initiatives to engage employees and managers in talent and performance processes.
