Are you passionate about reward and analytics, with an interest in global mobility? My client is looking for a Senior Reward & Global Mobility Analyst to join on a 12-month project role, delivering operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives across compensation and mobility.
What you’ll do:
- Build advanced models for compensation, bonus, and mobility cost analysis.
- Create dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, Excel) to inform leadership decisions.
- Support annual pay review, job architecture rollout, and process optimisation projects.
- Conduct benchmarking, bonus modelling, and market competitiveness analysis.
- Partner with vendors to deliver seamless global mobility experiences and cost control.
What you’ll bring:
