About the Role
As a
Senior Reward Analyst , you will: Partner with clients across a range of industries to design, model and implement effective reward strategies aligned to organisational objectives. Provide analytical insight into compensation structures, incentive design, and employee benefits programmes. Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking, data modelling, and reward analysis to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to projects spanning pay equity, executive compensation, job architecture and total reward frameworks. Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards and recommendations that bring clarity and value to clients. Build strong client relationships, offering data-driven insights and tailored solutions. Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes and reward best practices.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience in reward, analytics or compensation consulting-ideally within a professional services or corporate reward environment. Strong technical expertise in compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and reward modelling. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce meaningful insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
