Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role: You’ll play a key role in partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR initiatives and provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys influencing positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on HR strategy and best practice.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Support talent management processes, including succession planning and workforce development.
  • Collaborate on projects to improve HR policies, systems, and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
  • Experience within Financial Services would be highly beneficial.
