Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and supporting international teams? Our client, a purpose-driven financial services organisation, is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their collaborative and high-performing HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a values-led organisation that operates across complex global markets, including Asia and Africa. You’ll play a key role in shaping people strategies, driving performance, and ensuring compliance across diverse regions.
Proven expertise working in Financial Services, managing complex Employee Relations and supporting client groups globally (ideally India) is essential for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across investment and regional teams.
- Leading on complex employee relations cases including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
- Supporting organisational change initiatives and restructures, including business case development and implementation.
- Partnering with global teams, including those based in India, to ensure HR policies and practices are locally compliant and culturally aligned.
- Driving performance and talent management processes, including calibration, progression, and development planning.
- Collaborating with L&D and Talent Acquisition to support the full employee lifecycle.
- Reviewing and updating HR policies and handbooks in line with local legislation and business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a generalist HRBP role, ideally within financial services or a similarly complex environment.
- Strong track record in employee relations, with the ability to manage cases independently and confidently.
- Experience supporting international client groups, particularly in India.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
