What You’ll Be Doing

As a trusted strategic advisor, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive transformation and deliver high-impact HR initiatives. Your role will span across:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Align people strategies with business goals, offering expert guidance to senior stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Lead on restructures, TUPE transfers, and cultural change programmes.
  • Talent & Workforce Planning: Shape recruitment, succession planning, and development strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Navigate complex ER cases with confidence and integrity.
  • HR Projects: Deliver initiatives across pay & reward, engagement, and policy development.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HR analytics to inform strategy and improve performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners.
  • Coaching & Capability Building: Empower managers to lead with confidence and grow their HR acumen.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience at Senior HRBP / HR Manager.
  • Strong background in high-volume, client-driven environments
  • Proven experience managing at least 2 individuals in HR.
  • Experience supporting both office and site-based teams
  • Tech-savvy with solid MS Office and HRIS skills
  • A natural influencer with intellectual curiosity and a passion for people
