Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance benefits programs across EMEA and APAC regions for a period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global benefits, including taxable and non-taxable benefits, and experience in enrolling new benefits and aligning with various business teams globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Benefits Management: Oversee and manage the benefits programs across EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Taxable and Non-Taxable Benefits: Handle the administration of both taxable and non-taxable benefits, providing expert guidance on their implications.
- Benefit Enrolment: Lead the enrolment process for new benefits, ensuring smooth implementation and communication to employees.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various business teams globally to align benefits strategies with organisational goals.
