Are you a Reward Specialist, Junior Manager, or Reward Partner ready to take the next step in your career? Looking for a smart, proactive, and collaborative individual to join the team in a pivotal role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Though fully remote, this role requires travel to London approximately every 8 weeks (expenses covered).

About the Role

As Reward Partner, you\’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the global reward strategy. You\’ll lead on compensation initiatives, annual pay awards, and bonus cycles, while also driving improvements in benefits and ensuring fairness and transparency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual pay award and bonus processes, including manual data handling and analysis (no system support).
  • Provide pragmatic advice and guidance on Reward & Benefits policies to support understanding and promote best practice.
  • Identify, design, recommend, and implement reward solutions aligned to business strategy.
  • Design and implement Reward KPIs to ensure fairness and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain reward information across internal and external platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse legislative and regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and other teams to ensure consistency in communication and practice.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders to coach and advise on Reward best practice.
  • Collate and analyse data to support pay budgets, salary changes, and benefit design.
  • Level roles and recommend compensation using internal and external benchmarking.
  • Lead participation in reward surveys and analyse results to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Own gender pay gap reporting (UK legislative and global internal project).
  • Manage relationships with benefit brokers and providers, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Lead annual benefit renewal processes and propose improvements aligned to our EVP.
  • Coordinate implementation and promotion of new benefits and initiatives.
  • Draft and deliver pension communications in a compliant and engaging way.
  • Always work inclusively, keeping diversity and equity at the forefront.

  • Fast-paced, systems-oriented, and confident with data and number-crunching.
  • Experience working internationally with strong cultural awareness.
  • Positioned between an analyst and a reward manager – able to think strategically and deliver tactically.
  • Comfortable working without system support and managing shifting priorities.
