Delighted to be working with a Bristol based firm that is looking for a Reward and Benefits Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of People this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward professional looking for a broad compensation and benefits position in addition to some fantastic adhoc projects and programmes.

Working closely with the Head of People the position is responsible for shaping and delivering on all reward, benefits & wellbeing programmes to cover all areas of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the senior leadership team, key stakeholders and HR colleagues, you will develop frameworks and processes to manage:

  • Job grading frameworks and pay structures

  • Salary and benefits benchmarking

  • Gender pay gap and reporting

  • Recognition & incentive schemes

  • Performance

  • Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews

  • All benefits including 3rd party relationships and suppliers

You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of reward and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels.

While the company is Bristol based they operate a hybrid working policy with the ability to access the office on a weekly basis, preferably two or three days/week.
