What You’ll Be Doing?
You’ll be the go-to person for all things reward-related - from crunching numbers to shaping benefit schemes. Key responsibilities include:
Compensation & Benchmarking
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking using methodologies like Willis Towers Watson
- Support annual salary reviews, bonus modelling, and pay progression frameworks
- Analyse external data to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures
Benefits Strategy
- Help design and deliver employee benefit schemes (think pensions, healthcare, wellbeing)
- Evaluate uptake and effectiveness, and suggest improvements to boost engagement
- Liaise with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Data & Systems
- Manipulate HR data to produce meaningful insights and reports
- Build spreadsheets and dashboards from scratch — Excel will be your playground
- Use HR systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HRBPs and managers to deliver tailored reward solutions
- Present findings clearly and confidently using Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Maintain a client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in Reward & Benefits (professional services a bonus, not a must)
- Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson survey methodology
- Strong Excel skills essential; Access and PowerPoint desirable
- Comfortable working with HR systems and manipulating data
- Analytical, numerate, and solutions-oriented
- Solid understanding of how employee benefit schemes are structured
