About the Role

I\’m partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a highly capable Reward & Benefits Advisor to join their London-based HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys analytical work, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping fair, consistent, and well-governed reward and benefits decisions.

At the centre of this role is one key purpose:

To act as the analytical and operational engine behind the UK reward and benefits agenda.

The successful candidate will support high-stakes annual cycles such as salary review and bonus, deliver critical market insights, and serve as a trusted point of coordination across HR, the business, and external providers.

If you\’re looking to step into a role with real impact and build your expertise across both reward and benefits, this is an excellent next move.

Key Responsibilities

Reward

  • Support delivery of the annual UK salary and bonus review cycles, including modelling, system testing, data accuracy, and insight generation.
  • Prepare salary survey submissions and provide ongoing benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to guide pay-related decisions.
  • Lead elements of the pay review process for designated populations.
  • Conduct job evaluations for both new and evolving roles.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the recognition programme.
  • Respond to compensation queries from HR colleagues.
  • Contribute to ad hoc reward analysis and project work as required.

Benefits

  • Act as an escalation point for benefits queries for both employees and the wider HR team.
  • Manage relationships with external benefits providers, brokers, insurers, and platform suppliers.
  • Support benefits renewals, rate discussions, and coverage changes.
  • Assist with benefits platform design, updates, and testing.
  • Support both UK and international benefits, including health and life insurance where needed.
  • Handle partner benefit selections and queries.
  • Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and benefits communications.
  • Work with HR Operations and Finance to ensure smooth invoicing and administrative accuracy.
  • Participate in a wide range of benefits-related projects and ongoing improvements.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Ideally 2+ years\’ Reward & Benefits experience (professional services experience is advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong analytical capability, with confidence working with spreadsheets and complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (WTW GGS experience desirable).
  • A logical, data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of employee benefits schemes and structures.
  • A proactive, curious mindset – especially around new technologies and AI.
  • Workday experience beneficial but not required.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

The client is seeking someone who:

  • Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Communicates clearly and builds strong, trusting relationships.
  • Brings structure and calm to complex processes.
  • Enjoys being a go-to person for reward and benefits queries.
  • Thrives on continuous learning and operational excellence.

About the Culture

Our client is deeply committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive. Their values – Human, Bold, Outstanding – are reflected in how they work, develop their people, and make decisions.
