The Role
As an Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact consulting projects that shape how organisations define, evaluate, and evolve their job structures. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to support the design and implementation of job architecture frameworks, career paths, and levelling guides.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of client projects focused on job architecture, role design, and career frameworks
