Frazer Jones is partnering with a high-performing, globally recognised investment firm to identify a French Speaking Recruitment Specialist who can operate at a different level. This is a mandate for someone who wants to focus on early careers but doesn’t just “run campus processes” - but builds influence, spots rare talent early, and converts it with precision.

The Opportunity: You’ll take ownership of EMEA campus recruitment, playing a pivotal role in shaping how this firm identifies and hires the next generation of investment talent. This is a highly visible role, partnering directly with front-office stakeholders including quant researchers and traders, individuals operating at the very sharp end of markets.

What You’ll Be Trusted To Do:

  • Design and execute a high-impact EMEA campus strategy
  • Build deep relationships with top-tier universities across France, the UK and wider EMEA
  • Act as a credible, influential ambassador to early careers talent
  • Partner with the business to ensure a strong, high-quality candidate pipeline
  • Run insightful screening conversations with junior investment candidates
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews with precision in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide clear market insights, reporting and stakeholder updates
  • Stay ahead of competitor hiring trends and emerging talent movements

The Environment: Our client operates a technology and data-driven investment platform, combining deep research, advanced infrastructure, and a truly global operating model. You’ll be working with exceptionally intelligent, analytical stakeholders, a business that values performance, not hierarchy, and a culture that rewards ownership, pace, and precision.

We’re Interested In Hearing From You If You:

  • Bring proven campus recruiting experience within financial services, quant, or technology environments
  • Have strong existing relationships with EMEA universities or experience building them from scratch
  • Are fluent in French and English
  • Can confidently engage with highly technical stakeholders and candidates
  • Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Combine rigour and organisation with commercial instinct
  • Are naturally proactive - you create momentum rather than wait for it
