A 7-month fixed-term contract starting in July, based in London with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

My client, an Investment Management firm, is looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant on a 7-month maternity contract. To carry out this role, you must have recent recruitment experience, ideally working in a corporate environment.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be supporting 2 HR Business Partners with:

  • Recruitment administration: screening CVs, scheduling interviews, administering assessments, preparing offers
  • Managing the onboarding process
  • Managing agency relationships and acting as the first point of contact
  • Advertising roles on the intranet and external sites
  • Supporting with direct sourcing initiatives
  • Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • Monitoring the agency PSL
  • Supporting with the administration for the yearly internship programme

To carry out this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, ideally within a Financial Services environment
  • Proven experience providing a confidential, quality administrative service
  • Familiarity with Workday would be an advantage
