We are delighted to be working exclusively with a prestigious, top-tier global law firm as they look to appoint a talented Recruitment Assistant to join their high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This will be a perm role paying £40,000. This is a standout opportunity for someone early in their HR or recruitment career who is eager to develop within a world-class professional services environment.
The Role
- Coordinating interviews, assessments and complex scheduling
- Managing candidate communications with professionalism and care
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job adverts to issuing offers
- Maintaining accurate data across ATS and internal systems
- Assisting with graduate recruitment campaigns and assessment centres
- Preparing reports, documents and recruitment packs for internal stakeholders
- Supporting wider HR projects and process improvement initiatives
About You
Our client is looking for someone who is organised, proactive and motivated to learn. You will bring:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A polished, professional approach and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
