We are working with a Reading based company that is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner. This is an exciting and very visible position for someone who is looking to utilise their Business Partnering experience within a business that’s looking to strengthen and add depth to its evolving People team.
Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, they are looking for an experienced and commercially minded HRBP to deliver trusted, high impact leadership across a diverse and complex client group. This is a key role within their People function, shaping how people strategy, culture and organisational capability enable the business to achieve its objectives.
Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, the position will influence operational decision making across organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership capability and change. The role balances long term strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, operating effectively within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The position also includes leadership responsibility for an HR Advisor and HR Administrator, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality people and ER advice, effective case management, and a positive experience for both leaders and employees that are closely aligned to the organisation’s values.
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong employee relations capability, a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, and the confidence to challenge constructively. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in complex environments, leading teams, and translating business strategy into practical, impactful people solutions. You will be equally comfortable working in a strategic and operational capacity.

Based in Reading, the company operates a hybrid working policy and you would be expected to be in the office approximately 2 days per week.
