This role will support the global implementation of a tier-1 product (i.e., This role is central to driving process improvements, business change, and technology adoption across the global HR function. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven tier-1 HR technology implementations, working as the lead, and working within the professional or financial services sectors. Oversee the end-to-end HRIS implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Define and enforce project governance, managing stakeholder expectations at all levels. Collaborate with HR leadership to shape HR transformation strategies. Lead process redesign, ensuring optimization of HR operations, reward, and talent management. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Proven track record managing SuccessFactors implementations internationally.
