A leading organisation is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to enhance and evolve their digital HR landscape. This position plays a key role in shaping how people data is managed, reported, and leveraged across the business, while supporting ongoing transformation and system optimisation. This role requires SuccessFactors experience and is being recruited on a fixed-term contract basis, with offices in the heart of London.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strengthening the connection between HR technology and wider business systems, ensuring smooth data flow and integration.
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive suite of dashboards and reports using SuccessFactors and complementary analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Driving enhancements within SuccessFactors by identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and delivering system improvements.
- Leading the retirement of older HR platforms and supporting the transition to modernised processes and tools.
- Spotting opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve HR operations through smarter use of technology.
- Contributing to the design and documentation of HR processes to support consistency and clarity across the function.
