I'm pleased to be recruiting for a PeopleHR Implementation Consultant to support a global IT services organisation based in London. This 3-6-month contract role focuses on completing the final stages of a PeopleHR (Access) implementation, ensuring the system is fully configured, go-live ready, and aligned to best-practice HR processes.
The successful consultant will act as the PeopleHR subject matter expert, working closely with HR, systems, and IT teams to configure workflows, optimise integrations, and support a smooth transition to go-live.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the lead PeopleHR specialist, supporting the final stages of implementation through to go-live readiness.
- Review and refine PeopleHR system configuration, including workflows, approvals, and automation.
- Configure and support core HR processes such as onboarding, probation reviews, and employee lifecycle milestones.
- Support and optimise the ATS to PeopleHR integration, ensuring accurate data flow from hire to employee.
- Ensure all employee data is correctly structured, validated, and ready for go-live.
- Provide practical guidance and best-practice advice to HR, systems, and junior resources.
- Support testing activities, including system checks and pre-go-live validation.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and L&D teams to ensure system adoption and usability.
- Engage with and support international stakeholders, ensuring consistency of processes across multiple regions.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing PeopleHR (Access).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system configuration within PeopleHR.
- Experience supporting or configuring ATS integrations.
- Confident advising stakeholders on system capability, limitations, and best practice.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a delivery-focused role.
- Experience supporting go-live or recovering delayed HR system implementations is highly beneficial.
