I am delighted to be supporting a large global telecommunications business to appoint a People Transformation Manager. This is a very exciting time to join a business that is embarking on the delivery of large-scale global change and transformation projects.

As People Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the delivery of organisational wide change programmes across HR and wider business areas. You will be leading on large scale organisational design projects from start to finish, working alongside your team where needed to support the dial changing transformation of the organisation. You will work with senior leaders both in and outside of the HR function to deliver these transformation projects that will involve systems, people, and process changes. All projects will be aligned with their strategic people priorities across workforce management, organisation effectiveness, skills, reward, and always with colleague experience and engagement at the heart.

It is absolutely essential that you have worked within a large matrix organisation leading and managing HR transformation projects, being able to demonstrate excellent project management skills. You will have had end to end design, delivery, and review of projects that have driven transformational change. You will have worked with HR or as part of the HR team to deliver these projects and held senior leaders accountable for ensuring the projects are successful. Ideally, this position would suit an organisational design specialist or an HR professional who has worked across large-scale change and transformation projects with org design being a key part of their role. You will have worked closely with senior stakeholders and feel confident managing expectations and delivering to deadlines.

As a customer focused business, the employee experience is paramount; you will be able to continue to drive this culture through your project management. You will have experience working across elements of HR such as recruitment, workforce planning, ER, reward, and organisational effectiveness. You will have delivered on large scale change and transformation projects within HR or with HR, leading on end-to-end project management from design, delivery to assessment, and managed senior stakeholders across a large organisation.

Location: London, Hybrid (3 times a week in the office)
