Job Description
Payroll Advisor – £35,000 – East Finchley
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading global on the recruitment of a Payroll Advisor on a permanent basis.
Our client is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week required into the office.
The Role:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all employees are paid accurately and punctually, without exception
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Provide cross-functional support as needed, both within the department and across the wider organization
- Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of all payroll data
- Actively contribute to the department’s overall objectives and success
- Comply with all relevant internal and external SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls
- Uphold internal control procedures to maintain the integrity of company operations
- Assist in year-end payroll processing across multiple entities
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from other departments as required
Skills Needed:
· Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
· Experience using ResourceLink essential (minimum 2 years)
· Confident with Excel and payroll reporting
· Strong knowledge of payroll and pension legislation
