An exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Management professional to make a significant impact within a large and complex business. Reporting to the HR Director and managing a team of seven, the position works closely with senior Business Leaders and the wider People & Culture team to address workforce and skills challenges across the organisation, moving strategic initiatives forward and ensuring workforce planning aligns with the companies planning and financial objectives.

There will also be a focus on understanding the impact of AI on future workforce needs and establishing these principles. You will be an experienced Strategic Workforce Management specialist who is used to working within a large, complex and regulated environment. With technical skills around SWP and analysis, data (people) analysis and insight, and understanding organisational structures and skills, you will have worked at a strategic level and have managed and led teams.

The ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders will be key alongside your experience of workforce transformation and evolution of workforce management. Based in Bristol the company operates a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office.
