Frazer Jones is partnering with a prestigious South Wales organisation to recruit a Senior HR Advisor into their expanding HR team. This newly created role offers the chance to take ownership of core HR operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes for a workforce of around 450 employees.
The Role
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job briefs to onboarding.
- Produce accurate HR reports and insights to support business decisions.
- Provide trusted advice on low-level ER matters including absence, performance, and informal grievances.
- Ensure accurate employee records and compliance with policies and UK employment law.
- Support ongoing improvements across HR systems and processes.
About You
- Experienced HR generalist with strong HR operations background.
- Skilled in end-to-end recruitment and confident working with HR data.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
