We’re working with a fast-growing international technology business that’s undergoing a major transformation and looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on role supporting the UK business of circa 400 colleagues during a period of cultural and organisational change. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR initiatives, with a strong focus on employee relations, payroll, and change management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor on ER matters including performance, absence, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and TUPE.
  • Supporting compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Driving cultural rebuild, performance transition, and manager training.
  • Using HR data and analytics to inform decisions and improve processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven HRBP experience within the UK.
  • Strong ER casework expertise and knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Comfortable with transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • HRIS and payroll experience (HiBob ideal).
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Available with 1 months notice or less.
