We are working with a leading professional services organisation to appoint a Training Partner to support the development of early careers talent across a key region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Learning & Development, HR, Training or Early Careers experience gained within an accounting or professional services environment, who understands professional qualifications and structured training pathways.

Please note this is a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract with the potential of converting to a permanent contract either during or following the fixed term period.

The Role

As Training Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting trainee development and driving learning excellence across the region. Acting as the primary point of contact for all training-related matters, you will partner closely with stakeholders to ensure trainees are aligned to the correct qualifications and supported throughout their development journey. You'll work collaboratively across the business to ensure consistency, quality, and impact of training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the trainee population, ensuring alignment to appropriate qualification pathways
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and deliver against regional training needs
  • Coordinate and manage professional study programmes and training delivery
  • Monitor trainee progression, exam outcomes, and development milestones
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and trainees, supporting development planning
  • Maintain accurate training records and produce insightful reporting on progression and CPD
  • Ensure compliance with relevant training, apprenticeship, and professional body requirements

About You

We're looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who brings:

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Early Careers or Training
  • Exposure to training or supporting professional qualifications within accounting or professional services (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of qualification frameworks such as ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA, or similar
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for developing talent and improving learning outcomes
