I’m currently partnering exclusively with a leading Quantitative Hedge Fund as they look to scale out their London-based recruitment function, an area of their business that continuously flourishes with an entrepreneurial, collaborative and incredibly high-performing bar.
We’re hiring a Trading Recruiter who will play a critical role in building out talent across trading and quantitative research - two areas that sit at the absolute core of performance in this space. This is not a generalist hire. We’re looking for someone who has genuine domain expertise:
- A proven track record hiring traders and quant researchers across Europe
- Strong tenure and credibility in the market
- Experience from either agency or in-house environments
- Background recruiting into prop trading firms, hedge funds, or quant-driven organisations (this is not a banking-focused hire)
The role itself is highly strategic; partnering closely with senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategy, and directly influencing the growth of a high-performing, research-driven environment.
You’ll be:
- Owning end-to-end hiring for trading and quant roles
- Acting as a true advisor on market dynamics and talent trends
- Engaging top-tier candidates in an incredibly competitive landscape
- Helping refine and evolve recruitment processes as the team scales
This is an opportunity to join a fund where talent is everything — and where recruitment is viewed as a genuine driver of success. If this sounds aligned, or you know someone with the right profile, feel free to apply.
