To support this growth, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the hiring of operational leadership talent across the business.

This role will play a key part in building leadership capability, strengthening talent pipelines, supporting new site openings and ensuring every leadership hire reflects the organisation’s culture, values and long-term ambitions.

About the Role As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for leadership recruitment across the business.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, operational leaders and people teams, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership positions while shaping talent strategies that support both current needs and future growth.

You’ll combine hands-on delivery with strategic workforce planning, market intelligence and talent pipelining, helping the business attract exceptional leadership talent and make confident, evidence-based hiring decisions.

You’ll also coach and support colleagues within Talent Acquisition, driving best practice and continuously improving the leadership hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational leadership roles across multiple locations.

Provide expert guidance and challenge to hiring managers to support high-quality hiring decisions.

Support and coach recruitment colleagues, sharing best practice and developing team capability.

Lead recruitment planning and delivery for new site openings and other growth projects.

Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across key leadership populations.

Use market insights and talent intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning.

Partner with People teams to align external talent attraction with succession and workforce plans.

Identify talent gaps, hiring risks and future capability requirements, implementing solutions to address them.

About You We’re looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong track record of recruiting leadership talent in complex, fast-paced environments.

You’re someone who enjoy’s building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and are confident influencing and challenging when needed.

Commercially minded and highly proactive, you combine strong assessment expertise with a passion for finding exceptional talent and building long-term talent pipelines.

You’re motivated by raising hiring standards, improving processes and helping organisations build leadership teams that can deliver sustainable growth.

Requirements Significant experience managing complex recruitment processes, ideally within a multi-site environment. [Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting high-calibre leadership talent.

Experience developing and maintaining external talent pipelines and talent communities.

Strong understanding of talent market trends and the ability to translate insight into action.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of workforce planning and organisational growth.

Coaching and mentoring experience, with a collaborative approach to team development.

Passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes and continually improving recruitment practices.
