A technology-led organisation undergoing enterprise-wide transformation is seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Productivity Lead to support the CPO on a critical 6-month workforce strategy programme.
You will lead a deep-dive productivity and workforce assessment, working with senior leaders and functional heads to review current workforce requirements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through operating model redesign, automation, and the use of AI.
This is a consultative, senior-facing role, expected to inform future workforce planning decisions, including a potential restructuring and redundancies programme (primarily UK-based).
Key experience sought:
- Senior HR Business Partner with experience in productivity, workforce planning, organisation effectiveness, and ER (including restructures), or
- Management consultant transitioning in-house, with a background in human capital, workforce transformation, or operating models
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable working closely with executive leadership and navigating complex change
