ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a UK-based, venture-backed defence technology scale-up operating in a highly complex and regulated environment. The business is entering a phase of rapid global growth, scaling from ~200 employees to 350 this year, with ambitions to reach 3,000 employees in the near term. With expanding operations across the UK and internationally, they are building a high-performing People function to support this growth. Due to the scale of the company's growth we're looking to hire multiple People Operations Specialists, all with different areas of focus.
ABOUT THE ROLES
HR Systems Specialist
This role will sit at the centre of the People function, ensuring our systems, data, and processes enable a seamless employee experience and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise the HR tech stack (currently HiBob, Workable, Carta)
- Act as system administrator for HRIS and related platforms
- Improve data integrity, reporting, and dashboards for leadership
- Lead system implementations, integrations, and upgrades
- Partner with Finance and Payroll providers to ensure accurate data flow
- Support global entity expansion
