Our client is an ambitious, high-growth organisation operating within the digital and marketing landscape, partnering with well-known global brands to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple markets. With an expanding international footprint spanning the UK, US, and MENA, they are continuing to invest in their people function to support ongoing growth. They are looking to hire a People Operations Coordinator on a 6 month FTC to strengthen their operational HR support. This position will play a key role in ensuring that core HR processes, employee records, and administrative workflows are managed efficiently across all regions, contributing to a smooth and consistent employee experience.

About the Role

This opportunity sits within the HR team and focuses on providing end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting into the HR Lead, the successful candidate will help ensure HR systems, processes, and recruitment activities run effectively in a fast-moving, international environment, touching on all aspects of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep employee data accurate and up to date within the HR system
  • Prepare and manage documentation relating to onboarding, role changes, and leavers
  • Monitor key milestones such as probation periods, performance reviews, and check-ins
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries, particularly relating to leave and absence
  • Support compliance processes including eligibility to work and policy tracking
  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis tasks
  • Organise interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Contribute to early-stage candidate screening for junior or freelance roles
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver a positive new starter experience
  • Provide HR support across multiple regions, adapting processes where required
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of contractors and freelancers
  • Get involved in internal events and general office support where needed

About You

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident working in a busy, collaborative environment. You'll be someone who takes initiative, handles sensitive information professionally, and enjoys supporting both people and processes. This is a scaling company so it would suit someone coming from a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable being proactive in the role and rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an HR support or administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced setting
  • Hands-on experience using HiBob (or strong familiarity with HR systems)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data and documentation
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable using standard business tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to recruitment coordination, including arranging interviews and candidate interaction
  • Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter would be beneficial
  • Basic awareness of UK employment regulations
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently and manage workload effectively
