About the RoleThis is a hands-on People & Culture role supporting the full colleague lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, people operations, and learning coordination. You will play a key role in keeping day-to-day People & Culture activity running smoothly while delivering a high-quality experience for colleagues, candidates, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:- Support end-to-end recruitment activity, including screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming new joiner experience.
- Act as a first point of contact for People & Culture queries, providing timely and accurate guidance.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records with a high level of accuracy.
- Support learning and development activity, including coordinating training sessions and tracking completion.
