A rapidly growing international firm is seeking an energetic and highly organised Office Manager to support its London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external visitors, working closely with senior leadership and HR to ensure the office operates at the highest standard. We’re looking for a proactive team player who is polished, reliable, and adaptable. This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and host internal and external visitors, including preparing passes and coordinating with reception
- Manage travel bookings and itineraries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general communication
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Act as the main contact for suppliers, including courier partners
- Organise and coordinate office events, training sessions, and meetings
- Support the management team and wider office with ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure all shared spaces remain tidy and presentable
- Serve as the primary liaison with the landlord, addressing facilities and office-related matters
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Previous experience in a client-facing role within an international corporate environment (finance or consulting)
- Degree educated
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive, organised, and service-oriented mindset
