This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D professional to take ownership of onboarding programmes for customer-facing teams and make a real impact in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging onboarding experiences for sales and other customer-facing teams, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one. This role offers autonomy and the chance to refresh existing content and put your own creative stamp on programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Programme Ownership
- Manage structured onboarding for sales and customer-facing teams, including first-time and second-time jobbers.
- Deliver 3-week onboarding cycles every 4–6 weeks, ensuring day-one readiness for all new hires.
- Compliance Training
- Ensure delivery of compliance elements within a regulated environment.
- Design & Delivery
- Refresh and enhance existing content and develop blended learning solutions (F2F, virtual, e-learning).
- Experience with e-learning design tools such as Articulate is highly desirable.
Skills & Attributes:
- 3+ years’ experience in L&D design and delivery, ideally within financial services, Tech or fintech.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate or similar).
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of programmes.
- Collaborative, mature, and low-ego approach—comfortable in a flat structure.
