They are known for building smart, scalable products and as the business continues to expand, they are looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to come in and take real ownership of hiring. This role will support the wider people team in attracting, engaging and retaining top talent, while supporting hiring managers to build out high-performing teams.

About the role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you will jump straight in and partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-quality hiring across a range of roles. You will be leading the internal recruitment from day one, improving candidate experience, and making sure roles are well-defined and aligned to the wider business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Work with hiring managers to define roles, scope requirements and build strong hiring plans
