Overview

I am delighted to recruit an HR systems coordinator role for an outstanding business in London. This role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of internal HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle. The coordinator will work closely with colleagues across departments to support system improvements, reporting, and training.

The role offers a competitive package of up to £35,000 p.a. on a permanent basis plus bonus potential and benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR platforms including core HR, rota scheduling, learning systems, payroll, and internal communications tools
  • Process new starters, leavers, and contractual changes, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain associated documentation
  • Prepare payroll data and respond to queries from staff and managers
  • Monitor rota submissions and approvals, flagging discrepancies where needed
  • Support annual pay reviews and assist with salary and benefits benchmarking
  • Track compliance across key areas such as right to work checks, DBS renewals, and working time regulations
  • Manage mandatory training records and update learning content as required
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for system use and HR processes
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on system functionality
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on workforce data, trends, and compliance
  • Build and maintain dashboards to support data visibility and decision-making
  • Assist with system upgrades, transitions, and integrations
  • Liaise with IT and other teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance
  • Ensure confidentiality is upheld across all HR activities
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance employee experience
  • Support wider HR projects and initiatives as needed
