This is a hands-on HR operations role, acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries. You'll support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, guide users through Workday self-service, and ensure a consistent, high quality service within an SLA driven shared services environment. The role also includes on-site support for new starter inductions on a rotational basis.
